Daryn N. Teague has more than 20 years of experience handling media relations, financial communications, public affairs and speakers bureau programs for clients in a wide range of industries. Teague began his career in the newsroom at Investor's Business Daily, working on the financial newspaper's spot news desk. He went on to work for major public relations firms such as Mixner/Scott, Hill and Knowlton and The Rowland Company, where he managed two business-to-business media relations programs that were recognized for excellence by the Public Relations Society of America. In 1991, Teague launched his own consulting firm specializing in business-to-business public relations. In spite of the tumultuous years in the public relations business since that time, Teague's firm has enjoyed remarkable consistency and steady growth as a result of its ability to provide creative ideas, fresh strategic approaches and highly skilled consulting services that deliver results. He has generated press coverage for his clients in hundreds of print and broadcast media outlets around the world, including 98 of the top 100 daily newspapers in the U.S., each of the top 10 business magazines in the U.S., all of the major American television networks, and dozens of influential trade publications within the legal, health care, financial, insurance and publishing industries.
